We publish a handy visual guide to our allergens on our website. This clear guide helps you to quickly identify key allergens and is designed to help keep you safe and healthy.

Here are our allergen guides for our Autumn / Winter 2024-25 menus. These are accurate at the time of publication of this blog and are updated regularly. You can see when each guide was last updated at the bottom of each guide. Our visual guide makes identifying allergens quickly and accurately
We have partnered with an expert team who help us to identify and consistently communicate allergens and nutritional information about our dishes. We use common icons to indicate which allergens are present or may be present in specified dishes - this means you can see at a glance and find the information that you need.
We indicate 14 allergens in our guides
There are 14 allergens that we are required by law to indicate if they are in or could be in our dishes. The14 allergens are:
- Cereals containing gluten: wheat, rye, barley, and oats, including hybridised strains
- Crustaceans: shellfish such as crab, lobster, shrimp, and prawns
- Molluscs: shellfish e.g. mussels, clams, oysters, and squid
- Fish
- Peanuts
- Tree nuts: almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, and macadamias
- Soybeans
- Milk: cow, goat, and sheep, as well as products derived from milk e.g. cheese and butter
- Eggs
- Mustard
- Sesame seeds
- Celery
- Sulphur dioxide and sulphites
- Lupin
