What is the Six Nations?
For those that don’t know, the Six Nations is an international rugby union tournament featuring the UK’s Home Nations: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, plus France and Italy. The Six Nations 2025 kicks off on the evening of 31st January in Paris under lights when France returns to the Stade de France to host Wales. As promotional material declares: “five unpredictable and captivating rounds of elite sporting entertainment culminate in Super Saturday on 15th March, with back-to-back fixtures that could decide the 2025 title.”

We are an independently run, family-owned warehouse bar next to the ExCeL Centre in the heart of London’s Docklands.
Our extensive bar and restaurant menu includes lots of favourites - from pizza and curry, to burgers, fish and chips and lighter bites, as well as some traditional pub grub favourites such as bangers and mash. This is good quality bar and restaurant food, accompanied by your choice from a well-stocked bar.
Maybe you want a cold pint of your favourite beer as you watch your team score. A bottle of wine to share with friends. Or take it up a notch with our selection of spirits to celebrate the final score. Our friendly bar team is on hand to keep your drink replenished - and as we’re on some great public transport links, you can leave the car at home!
How to find the Fox ExCeL
We’re situated right by Custom House DLR station; only a few minutes by tube or DLR from the West End, Canary Wharf and the O2, just round the proverbial corner in the historic area known as London’s Docklands. We’re actually housed in an old warehouse, which gives us a vibrant atmosphere and versatile spaces. The ExCeL Centre and all the entertainment and experiences on offer are a very, very short walk away and you will be blown away by just how much history is around us in the Royal London Docks.
A Docklands day out with a side of Six Nations rugby
You may not consider a day out in the Docklands at this time of year but there is lots going on. From the Friends Exhibition and F1 exhibition at the ExCeL Centre to concerts at the O2, there are also many activities to enjoy with friends and family including Electric Shuttle, Go Karting, and shopping! Whynot plan a day at the Docklands and pop into the Fox ExCeL to watch the Six Nations?
