Fox Excel full venue hire can host up to 1000 people. Area capacity: Warehouse Bar 900 standing, 300 seated, The Restaurant 150 standing, 100 seated, Half Restaurant 50-70 standing, 30-50 seated, The Snug 50 standing, 32 seated, Basement Bar 100 standing, 70 seated, The Mez 45 standing, 20 seated, Roped-off Bar 1 40 standing, Roped-off Bar 2 60 standing. Venue spaces
If you cancel between four and eight weeks before your event, 75% of the minimum spend will be refunded and 25% retained by the venue. Cancellations made less than four weeks before the event are non-refundable.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own equipment. Please ensure you provide a valid PAT certificate and Public Liability Insurance.

Yes, all tables and chairs are included, along with black linens. Both high and low tables are available.
